Hey there! I’m so glad you made it!
Welcome to my cozy, little corner of the world! Let me introduce myself! My name is Rebecca Fry and I have been humbly providing mental health services for almost 20 years. In my time with clients, I have observed that so many of us never truly feel at home in our bodies.
I’m a neurodivergent, creative, and slightly out of the box thinker. Over the years, I have learned to manage my own self-care and growth, while caring for my two children, loving partner, beloved cat Barney, and dear friends. When I’m not in the office, I’m out doing my best to live fully into my community and self.
I have often observed that as kind, caretaking humans we struggle to know what “enough” means. This is evidenced by over-producing and over-engaging in many of our relationships and roles. We give 100% to everything we do and wonder why we are feeling so exhausted.
The truth is, we only get 100% each day. If the office is getting that full 100%, at day’s end, we find ourselves limping back to our residences depleted. Add on roles as partners, parents, children, siblings, and impromptu therapists to our friends and we have nothing to give ourselves. Sure we’re doing the self-care we’ve been taught - 8 hours of sleep, balanced nutrition, exercise, and hydrating - and yet we still find our ability to thrive floundering.
It took reaching autistic burnout myself to realize how easy it is to ignore our own needs. I am passionate about helping other kind humans escape the burnout cycle and build lives they don’t have to escape. I’d love to help you feel more at ease in your body and mind by creating a softer homecoming to yourself!
